By checking "Advertise my auctions for free" you accept the terms and conditions on this page.  You may opt-out ending your participation at any time.


Eligibility

Only accounts that have been linked to real eBay accounts are eligible to participate.


Free

This service is provided free of charge.


As-Is

This service is provided "as-is" and without any explicit or implied warranty of any kind.  You agree that your participation in this service is at your own risk.


What is published

If you have current eBay auctions or store listings their titles, price, time left, and gallery images may be displayed.  You hereby grant to eBuyer Feedback a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform and display any of this content, in whole or in part, worldwide and to incorporate it in other works in any form, media or technology now known or later developed, without compensation of any kind to you or any third party.


Your responsibility

You remain solely responsible for the above published material and you agree to indemnify and hold harmless eBuyer Feedback.  In particular you may not use gallery images or titles that are subject to copyright or royalty.


No mature or obscene content

Auctions intended for mature audiences (in particular eBay category 319) will not be displayed.  Sellers who sell in this category can still participate but no items from this category nor any of its subcategories will be displayed.  If your auction or store items outside of these categories generate complaints regarding obscene images or titles your participation in this service may be terminated.  All complaints will be thoroughly investigated before taking any action.


Promotions

We reserve the right to offer promotions that may increase or decrease the exposure of certain sellers' items from time to time.


Changes to the agreement

Changes to this agreement will be published on this page.  Your continued use of this service constitutes acceptance of any changes or revisions to the terms.
